Gramado Summit

We developed the new visual communication for future editions of the Gramado Summit, one of the biggest innovation and entrepreneurship events in Brazil. We thought of a flexible and modular visual identity system, capable of adapting to the different editions of the event, while maintaining its modern and futuristic essence.

Challenge

The main challenge was to create a visual identity system that was both cohesive and adaptable. It was necessary to establish "master" visual elements that would remain constant, guaranteeing brand recognition, while allowing for creative variations to reflect the specifics of each edition, such as location, theme and current trends.

//
solution

Our proposed solution was to create a modular visual identity system, divided into three categories of attributes:

  1. Master Attributes: Immutable elements such as the logo, symbol and main fonts (Plus Jakarta Sans and Oswald).
  2. Base Attributes: Adaptable elements to create new visual concepts, including cultural aspects, trends, localization and design movements.
  3. Modular Attributes: Elements that could be varied freely, such as colors, art direction, graphics and styles.

This system allowed Gramado Summit's visual identity to maintain its fundamental characteristics while offering flexibility to incorporate elements specific to each edition. The approach ensured that the event could evolve visually over time, remaining relevant and attractive to its audience, while preserving its recognizable core identity.
